It is  the latest addition to Nina Ricci’s bag  of fragrances. ,Tthe new fragrance retains the sophistication and femininity of Nina Ricci perfumes with a hint of spontaneity.

Inspired by the red toffee apple, the new Nina releases sparkling top notes of Calabrian lemon and Caipirinha lime then blossoms into the sweetness of a crunchy apple, the iconic symbol of the perfume. Soft middle notes include jasmine and forest fruits while woody amber base notes offer a sensual oriental element, leaving an ultra-feminine impression.

The jewel-like bottle is just like the apple-shaped crystal bottle of the Nina perfume launched in 2006, which drew its inspiration from the famous ‘Fille D’Eve’ bottle created by Robert Ricci and Marc Lalique in 1952. The butterfly leaves featured on the 1950’s version of the bottle have now transformed into gold leaves.

To represent this fragrance for modern women everywhere, Nina Ricci has chosen a young British singer, Florrie, for an innovative campaign with a setting similar to a musical tale. Florrie sings Sunday Girl (a hit by the punk group, Blondie) as she takes on the part of a Nina Ricci Princess in search of the new L’Elixir.

Nina L'Elixir from Nina Ricci is a re-interpretation of the Nina eau de toilette. This new take on the fragrance hints at spontaneity whilst retaining the original fragrances sophistication and femininity.
